Centered in the heart of Yardley Borough, the Yardley Town Center has become a shopping destination for the residents of Lower Bucks County. Working closely with Simone Realty for more than two decades, the Yardley Town Center's most recent façade renovation was completed to revitalize it's outdated appearance.

Using a phased approach, over the years the center has been slowly modernized and aesthetically updated drawing in new tenants and clientele. Simplifying the facades architecture and building a new screen wall allowed the tenant's signage to be more visible while also hiding the unsightly roof top equipment.  A neutral color palette was applied to provide a more universal backdrop.
