Worn and dated, Our Lady of Good Counsel's basement needed both an aesthetic refresh, as well as, an imminent infrastructure upgrade.  Used as a gathering and event space, the basement was uninspiring, riddled with water issues and not being utilized to it's full potential.

To elevate the space we wanted to infuse a sense of lightness, with a touch of warmth to create a inviting new gathering space to make you forget you were in a basement.   One of the most impactful updates was upgrading to a high-tech LED lighting system and spatial defining the large open room by  emphasizing the buildings structure with wood wrapped soffits.  New divisible meeting rooms were built to provide ample function and flexibility for the church's programs.
