This freshly renovated condo overlooking the Delaware River was updated after an unfortunate grease fire damaged the kitchen and adjacent bathroom.  The extent of damage left the condo uninhabitable, but at the same time allowing the owner the opportunity to fully transform the dated unit.

The newly refinished space now has a clean and contemporary aesthetic.  The once yellowed oak floors are now a warm, rich brown, contrasting beautifully with the bright and airy kitchen.  The primary bathroom which once dawned glass block walls and and oversized jetted tub, now has a sleek shower and modern finishes.
