A breath of fresh air and a sense of renewal was brought into this once down-to-the-studs kitchen.  After years of living with the aftermath of a remodel gone awry, the homeowners were given their dream kitchen and a new beginning.

The original, compartmentalized floor plan was rearranged and expanded to create a functional and inviting layout.  By absorbing the former formal dining room it gave way to a  gracious kitchen with ample cooking area, and an expansive island for entertaining.  The flanking sunroom addition with lofty vaulted ceilings and walls of glazing bathe the kitchen with natural light, creating a warm, welcoming hub of the home.  What was once a cavernous utilitarian space is now filled with daylight and the promise of many memories to come.
